Oferecemos o melhor custo-benefício do mercado, entregando soluções que proporcionam redução de custo no longo prazo através da melhoria de produtividade, redução no uso de insumos e de horas paradas de máquina.Se você se identifica com os requisitos e atividades, se inscreva e venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análises físico-químicas, incluindo pH, condutividade, titulometria, teor de sólidos e cinzas;Preparar e processar chapas de 10 x 20 cm para a realização de testes laboratoriais;Realizar a compensação e o controle dos banhos químicos;Monitorar visualmente a camada de revestimento e verificar sua conformidade;Realizar o controle estatístico de falhas e analisar os resultados obtidos;Avaliar a presença de sujidades em carrocerias;Realizar análises bacteriológicas dos banhos;Monitorar o consumo de materiais e solicitar a reposição de insumos junto aos fornecedores e operadores responsáveis;Realizar a adição de materiais nos tanques, bem como a preparação e o ajuste dos banhos químico.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos obrigatóriosCurso Técnico em Química concluído;CRQ ativo;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em outros turnos, conforme necessidade operacional.Escala Espanhola (uma semana trabalha 40hs e outra 48hs).1º Turno: das 06h00 às 15h00 ou3º turno: Das 21h45 às 06h00, de segunda a sexta-feira, com trabalho em 2 sábados por mês, conforme a necessidade da produção.
