What You Can Expect

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Working time: Approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Contract type: Umowa zlecenie
  • Work model: Remote work possible, with office presence approximately once a week or as required
  • Language: Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Polish (C1), both written and spoken

What You’ll Work On

  • Support the planning and coordination of medical congresses, conferences, and internal events across Europe.
  • Keep event trackers, timelines, contact databases, and planning documents up to date.
  • Prepare event communications, calendar placeholders, internal summaries, and supporting documentation.
  • Support internal approval processes by preparing forms, gathering required information, and tracking progress.
  • Assist with event logistics, including purchase requests, shipping lists, badge requests, rooming lists, and on-site materials.
  • Support post-event activities by collecting feedback, preparing documentation, and capturing key learnings.
  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to help keep event activities organized and on track.

What You Bring

  • You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • You are interested in events, congresses, healthcare, MedTech, or international project coordination.
  • You are proactive, organized, reliable, and have a strong eye for detail.
  • You enjoy communicating and collaborating with different people in an international environment.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You are eager to learn, take ownership of your tasks, and contribute to the team.
