Deine Mission

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die operative Vertragsbearbeitung in der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden zuverlässig betreut werden. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Penzilla und unseren Versicherungspartnern — sorgst dafür, dass Vorgänge sauber laufen, Fehlerquoten niedrig bleiben und unser Sales-Team sich aufs Verkaufen konzentrieren kann.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Verträgen, Anträgen und Bestandsänderungen in der bAV
  • Korrespondenz mit Versicherern: schriftlich und telefonisch — von Standard-Rückfragen bis zu komplexeren Klärfällen
  • Einordnung und Bearbeitung von Sonderfällen entlang etablierter bAV-Durchführungswege
  • Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Vollständigkeit über unsere Systeme hinweg
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales- und Beratungsteam (Nathalie, Jens, Stefan, Robin) bei Übergaben und Eskalationen
  • Punktueller Kundenkontakt bei Rückfragen aus dem Vertragsmanagement

Das bringst du mit

Must-have

  • Operative bAV-Erfahrung: Mehrere Jahre in der Versicherungsbranche, einem Makler-Backoffice oder einer bAV-Beratung — du kennst Durchführungswege, gängige Vertragskonstellationen und typische Sonderfälle
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit Versicherern: Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe, präzise und durchsetzungsstark — schriftlich wie telefonisch
  • Detailgenauigkeit unter Volumen: Du hältst Qualität konstant, auch wenn viele ähnliche Vorgänge gleichzeitig laufen
  • Pragmatische Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest fokussiert entlang gesetzter Prioritäten, fragst gezielt zurück statt zu raten — und kommst auch klar, wenn nicht jeder Prozess in einem Handbuch dokumentiert ist
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Versicherungs-, Finanz- oder Verwaltungsbereich

Nice-to-have

  • Erfahrung mit HubSpot oder gängigen Versicherungs-Verwaltungssystemen
  • Erfahrung in einem Startup- oder Scale-up-Umfeld
