Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and business development within the HR consulting industry. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored HR solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR consulting sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/business development within an HR consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of HR services such as recruitment, training, outsourcing, and consulting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify client pain points and provide tailored HR solutions.
