CLINIC & MEDISPA OPERATIONS MANAGER

Basic salary: S$5,500 per month + commission/KPI incentives Employment: Permanent | 1 vacancy Location: Singapore

Working schedule Rostered working days, totalling 44 hours per week, within clinic operating hours of 10am–8pm. Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.

People Connects is recruiting an Operations Manager for a medical aesthetics clinic and medispa.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, manpower scheduling and service standards.
  • Manage bookings, treatment coordination, client follow-ups and service recovery.
  • Lead and coach front-desk staff, therapists and coordinators.
  • Improve workflows and customer-management processes.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, documentation and operational compliance.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, equipment maintenance and vendors.
  • Support promotions, service launches and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with medical-aesthetics operations and service standards.
  • Good communication and team-coaching skills.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
