Are you a passionate HR professional who loves building people, culture, and systems that bring out the best in teams? At The Yard, we’re redefining youth sport in Singapore and beyond — and we’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to help us shape the next chapter of our growth.

For over 15 years, The Yard has inspired thousands of young athletes through world-class gymnastics programs, purpose-built facilities, and a global coaching team united by one mission:

To build better humans through sport.

Now we’re expanding — across Singapore, Thailand, and the Middle East — and we need a People & Culture Manager to help us build the pathways for the champions of tomorrow by empowering the people who make it happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead The Yard’s full People & Culture function — recruitment, engagement, development, and retention.
  • Recruit and retain staff
  • Performance management.
  • Change management

🌱 Who You Are

  • 3-5 years’ HR experience with proven success in people strategy or organisational culture.
  • A system-builder who thrives on structure, clarity, and meaningful impact.
  • Passionate about people, sport, and developing potential.
  • Confident, proactive, and adaptable in fast-growing environments.
  • Experience in sport, education, or hospitality industries is a plus.
