Responsabilidades: - Liderar as operações comerciais e operacionais da empresa; - Garantir a pontualidade dos colaboradores, acompanhar os resultados individuais; - Supervisionar processos administrativos, como controle de ponto e preenchimento de planilhas; - Garantir a satisfação dos pacientes, assegurando que suas necessidades sejam atendidas com qualidade e eficiência; - Estar atento ao bem-estar da equipe; - Monitorar as compras dos materiais odontológicos e as cotações garantindo o melhor preço; - Conduzir regulares reuniões individuais de alinhamento; - Realizar contratações e demissões, mantendo um ambiente produtivo e organizado; - Organizar pautas das reuniões semanais com os resultados. Requisitos: - Formação Acadêmica: Graduação em Administração, Gestão de Negócios, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas; - Experiência em cargos de gestão, liderando operações comerciais e operacionais; - Experiência com supervisão de equipes, garantindo a pontualidade, acompanhamento de resultados individuais e bem-estar dos colaboradores; - Habilidades de Liderança/Administrativas; - Gestão de Pessoas; - Boa Comunicação e Relacionamento Interpessoal; - Capacidade de realizar reuniões de alinhamento com a equipe de forma eficiente e motivadora; - Facilidade para organizar pautas de reuniões semanais e garantir que os resultados sejam devidamente apresentados e discutidos; - Organização e Gestão do Tempo; - Proatividade e Iniciativa; Horário de Trabalho: Segunda à Sexta 08:30 às 18:30 - Sábados de 08:00 às 12:00 - Ceilândia Regime PJ
