岗位职责：

  1. 跟进并处理文件，在发送给客户之前进行检查，并整理公司所有资料。
  2. 负责现金管理，确保现金支出与现金库存金额一致。
  3. 优化和调整支付流程，以支持未来的使用计划，并跟进相关表单。
  4. 与政府及私营部门协调，收集必要信息。
  5. 负责市场营销相关工作，与客户沟通，并管理涉及技术项目的行政事务。
  6. 管理和监督公司的一般行政工作。
  7. 控制文件管理及存档系统。
  8. 监督并协调行政人员的工作。
  9. 管理公司办公物资及资产采购。
  10. 与人事部及财务部合作，完成相关行政事务。
  11. 跟进并向管理层汇报行政工作执行情况。
  12. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

  • 本科及以上学历，工商管理、管理学、会计或金融相关专业优先。
  • 能够使用中文沟通者优先。
  • 有工程或会计知识者优先。
  • 具有至少3–5年办公室管理或相关行政岗位经验。
  • 具备英语沟通能力，良好的人际关系及团队合作精神。
