People Perfect is hiring a Manager HR & Admin for one of its leading manufacturing clients based in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.The role will be responsible for managing overall HR and Administration operations within a factory environment, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, disciplinary matters, HR compliance, factory administration, and employee welfare. The position will also lead the HR & Admin team and work closely with management and department heads to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.

Job Description:

  • Lead overall HR & Admin operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, discipline, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, EOBI, PESSI/Social Security, and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee factory administration, including security, transport, housekeeping, safety, and employee welfare.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, training, and development.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and HR MIS/ERP reports for management.
  • Coordinate with department heads and management regarding HR and administrative matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the HR & Admin team.
  • Support management in improving workforce management, employee discipline, and overall HR processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
  • Experience in factory administration and HR is essential.
  • Candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plastic industry environments will be preferred.
  • Strong practical exposure to labour laws, EOBI/PESSI, employee relations, workforce management, and industrial HR operations is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 140,000 – 170,000 per month

Benefits & Terms:

  • Permanent position
  • 3-month probation period, extendable up to 6 months
  • Provident Fund: 5% employee contribution
  • Annual Leave: 28 days per year
  • Annual Bonus: As per company policy
  • Other benefits may be considered based on performance evaluation
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Sunday: Off
  • Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 1-hour lunch and prayer break
