Job Overview:

People Perfect is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for one of its clients. We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional to sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products, and to build strong relationships with customers across the chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and manufacturing sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products to B2B customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and related sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in manufacturing and other relevant industries.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Work on-site in Lahore and travel as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
  • Good knowledge of industrial chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, solvents, and cosmetics industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to sell and negotiate.
  • Relationship-building skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Honesty and integrity, with the ability to manage customer collections.
