The posting

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Unit Head – Sales & Services (North) to lead regional sales strategy, revenue delivery, and client relationship management for the North region. The ideal candidate will drive regional revenue targets across the company's full service portfolio, ensure strong pipeline execution, and build lasting client partnerships while maintaining compliance and operational excellence within the Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute regional sales strategy within the assigned Unit, submitting accurate Unit-level forecasts, budgets, and performance variance reports to the Regional Head.
  • Achieve Unit revenue targets across Consulting, EOR, Executive Search, Managed Services, L&G, Peoplei, PerfectPay, and COR Services through disciplined pipeline management.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals directly, while developing existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Lead client negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and signed agreements.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure high retention and consistent service quality.
  • Ensure timely recoveries and payments as per SLAs, and manage client expectations in line with product scope.
  • Manage and follow up on CRM leads, ensuring timely closure of Unit-level sales leads.
  • Ensure contract renewals are completed on time to avoid service disruption or revenue loss.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance of sales documents, agreements, and reporting in line with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs.
  • Lead and deliver sales-related special projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in client/customer-facing sales roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regional sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue delivery across diverse service lines.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, contract renewals, and CRM/lead management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
