Overview

Weare seeking an experienced Head of Department – Procurement to lead and overseethe company's end-to-end procurement, warehouse and logistics operations within a semiconductor or Electronics manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will lead ateam of over 40 staffs across Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, cost optimization, inventory management and timely delivery to support business and production requirements.

Responsibilities

-Lead and manage a team of over 40 staff across Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics functions.

-Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.

-Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation and supplier performance management.

-Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts and services tosupport uninterrupted production.

-Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, stock accuracy, materialhandling and storage management.

-Manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments,transportation, import/export and delivery coordination.

-Drive cost reduction, process improvements and operational efficiency acrossall functions.

-Establish KPIs and monitor team performance, service levels, inventory turnoverand procurement savings.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

-Work closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, Finance and other stakeholders to meet operational requirements.

-Build team capabilities, develop succession plans and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

-Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration,Engineering or a related discipline.

-Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain,warehouse and logistics management, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.

-Proven track record in leading large teams, preferably managing 30–50 staffacross multiple functions.

-Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory controland logistics operations.

-Experience in ERP systems, supply chain planning and inventory managementprocesses.

-Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
