What you’ll do

  • Drive projects that matter. Manage NPI, system implementation and continuous improvement projects that support operational excellence and business growth.
  • Lead transformation. Take charge of special projects, process design and deployment (PDD/DPD) initiatives, and operational transformation programmes.
  • Keep everything on track. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders so milestones and deliverables land on time.
  • Turn data into insight. Build dashboards, reports and performance trackers that support project governance and decision-making.
  • Engage with customers. Contribute to governance meetings and business reviews with clear reporting and project updates.
  • Digitalise and automate. Spot opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks and digitalise workflows so operations become more efficient and scalable.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, operations excellence, continuous improvement, business analytics or supply chain operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and find improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI
  • Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL or similar automation and reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills
