ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์  หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ   

- ดูแลงานในภาพรวมของงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล (HRM) ทั้งระบบ รวมไปถึงงานพัฒนาบุคลากร (HRD) ขององค์กร - ดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาด้านระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทำงานและกฎหมายแรงงานให้แก่ฝ่ายบริหาร และพนักงาน - ควบคุมการใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่ได้รับอนุมัติ และพิจารณาอนุมัติตามกรอบอำนาจดำเนินการ - จัดทำแผนงานด้านอัตรากำลังคน และงบประมาณประจำปี เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา รวมถึงบริหารจัดการสรรหา ด้านกำลังพล บุคคลากร เพื่อสอดคล้องต่อโครงสร้างองค์กรและทิศทางธุรกิจ - สัมภาษณ์ และคัดเลือกผู้สมัครที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งงาน ร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชา และแผนกบริหารงานบุคคล - พิจารณาอนุมัติการคัดเลือกบริษัทรับเหมาจากภายนอก (Outsourcing) ที่ให้บริการงานทั่วไปขององค์กร เช่น แม่บ้าน, รปภ.ดูแล และพิจารณาอนุมัติการออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม สัมนาศึกษาดูงาน พร้อมทั้งจัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากรประจำปี - วางแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรรายบุคคล ดำเนินการตามแผน และติดตามผลการพัฒนาบุคลากรในระดับเจ้าหน้าที่ และพนักงานร่วมกับแผนกพัฒนาบุคคล - ดูแล และสอบทานการจัดทำสำรวจและเปรียบเทียบอัตราจ่ายเงินเดือนในตลาดแรงงาน การจัดทำโครงสร้างเงินเดือนของบริษัทฯ - ดูแลการบริหารค่าตอบแทน และผลประโยชน์ที่ให้กับพนักงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งในเรื่องการบริหารค่าจ้าง การให้สวัสดิการและการจ่าย Performance Incentive ต่างๆ รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำการจัดการสวัสดิการให้เหมาะสมตามตำแหน่ง และสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน - ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และอนุมัติการสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน เอกสารเบิกจ่ายต่างๆ รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายภายในองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมกับแผนกบริหารงานสำนักงานติดตามผลการจดแผนอพยพหนีไฟประจำปี - จัดทำรายงานภาษีเงินได้ของบุคลากร (ภงด 1 / ภงด 1 ก และใบรับรองการหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (50 ทวิ)) - ดูแล และให้คำปรึกษาด้านระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทำงานให้สอดคล้อง และถูกต้องตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงาน และกฎหมายแรงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ตรวจสอบการจัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน ประจำไตรมาส และประจำปี ของ แผนกบริหารงานบุคคล แผนกพัฒนาบุคคล และแผนกบริหารงานสำนักงาน พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอในที่ประชุมต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง - ตระหนักและปฏิบัติงานภายใต้การบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพ 9001 / 14001 และระบบมาตรฐานอื่นๆ   คุณสมบัติระดับการศึกษา

- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาวิชา

- บริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ พัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์และพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์

- 7 ปีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาทีม
