People Profilers Bangkok is on the rise, and were on the hunt for dynamic, ambitious professionals to join our team as Senior Recruitment Consultants or Principal Consultants. In this exciting 360-degree role, you'll not only build impactful client relationships but also guide candidates to their ideal career opportunities.

Your Mission:

  • Business Development: Ignite your career by driving sales revenue and expanding our business through strategic market research, networking, and cold calling. Cultivate and maintain powerful client and business relationships.
  • Candidate Management: Lead the charge in interviews and selection processes, matching exceptional candidates with top-tier companies.
  • Career Consulting: Provide insightful, professional advice to candidates on their career progression and development.
  • Client Service Excellence: Deliver swift and professional services to both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment journey from sourcing and interviewing to shortlisting, ensuring perfect alignment with client requirements.
  • Lead Generation: Source top talent through networking, social media, advertising, and referrals.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates through exceptional service and consistent follow-ups.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Degree or higher in any field.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant is essential.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, resourceful, and persistent with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Attributes: Highly driven with a demonstrated history of successful client and candidate management.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Plus Point: A fun, kind-hearted individual with a positive drive and enthusiastic spirit.
