1. Quản Lý Hệ Thống Đánh Giá:

- Xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống quản lý hiệu suất toàn diện phù hợp với mục tiêu của tổ chức và khuyến khích sự gắn kết và phát triển của nhân viên.

- Thiết kế và quản lý các đánh giá hiệu suất, cung cấp phản hồi mang tính xây dựng và huấn luyện cho nhân viên để nâng cao hiệu suất người lao động

- Quản lý và duy trì các chương trình lương thưởng và phúc lợi của công ty, đảm bảo tuân thủ mọi quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.

- Đảm bảo việc triển khai quy trình đánh giá hiệu suất diễn ra chính xác và hiệu quả.

- Tiến hành nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường để thiết lập các gói phúc lợi và lương thưởng cạnh tranh nhằm thu hút và giữ chân nhân tài hàng đầu

- Tổ chức các buổi đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên về quy trình đánh giá hiệu suất.

- Phân tích dữ liệu đánh giá và đưa ra các báo cáo, đề xuất cải tiến.

2. Kết Nối Với Công Ty Mẹ:

- Hợp tác với HQ để phát triển và thực hiện các chương trình khuyến khích dựa trên hiệu suất.

- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được giao liên quan đến các hoạt động nhân sự kết nối với công ty mẹ.

- Báo cáo nhân sự định kỳ và theo yêu cầu về tình hình nhân sự của công ty con.

3. Trợ Lý Trưởng Phòng:

- Hỗ trợ Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự trong việc triển khai các chiến lược nhân sự.

- Tham gia vào các cuộc họp, chuẩn bị tài liệu và biên bản cuộc họp.

- Tham gia các hoạt động đào tạo như phiên dịch, giảng dạy tiếng Hàn

- Phụ trách đón tiếp các đoàn khách Hàn Quốc

- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của trưởng phòng

* Yêu Cầu

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân sự, tiếng hàn, Kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên quan.

- Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nhân sự liên quan đến C&B, đánh giá hiệu suất

- Kỹ năng:

+ Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt.

+ Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.

+ Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian.

+ Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Hàn (thành thạo 4 kỹ năng: nghe, nói, đọc, viết).

+ Khả năng nghe, nói đọc viết tiếng anh khá.

+ Thái độ chủ động và linh hoạt trong công việc.

* Chế độ phúc lợi

- Có cơ hội được đào tạo và phát triển nghề nghiệp tại Việt Nam và Hàn Quốc

- Thưởng: tháng lương 13 (cố định) + tháng lương 14, 15 (nếu công ty đạt lợi nhuận).

- Làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần từ thứ 2- thứ 6, nghỉ toàn bộ thứ 7 và CN.

- Bảo hiểm tai nạn, sức khỏe cho bản thân và vợ/chồng.

- Nghỉ hè: 5 ngày/năm và 3 ngày nghỉ hưởng nguyên lương khác.

- Môi trường làm việc năng động, nhân viên thân thiện.

- Có xe đưa đón tại Hà Nội, Đông Anh, Sóc Sơn.
