  • Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong xây dựng, thi công và quản lí thi công chuỗi, nhà hàng, dịch vụ giải trí và bất động sản.
  • Tìm kiếm địa điểm, mặt bằng kinh doanh bằng việc cung cấp những bảng biểu, survey, report đánh giá các địa điểm và đưa ra được phương án theo logic và tối ưu nhất.
  • Thương lương, đàm phán và đảm bảo hợp đồng thuê nhà với chủ nhà được hoàn tất.
  • Làm việc với chính quyền địa phương khi phát sinh những việc liên quan đến mặt bằng.
  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý, giám sát hiệu quả công trình thi công và xử lý nhanh nhẹn những vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến công trình.
  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý thành viên
  • Chịu trách nhiệm cho 3 function: expansion, construct và maintenance.
  • Tiếng Anh tối thiểu IELST 5.0

Yêu cầu

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học
