Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Hospital (Open for only Vietnamese)

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our client. The CEO will provide strategic direction, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional patient care. This pivotal role requires a seasoned executive with a track record of successful leadership in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the hospital's strategic vision and mission. Provide visionary leadership to align the organization with evolving healthcare trends.
  2. Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the hospital. Collaborate with department heads to optimize patient care and resource allocation.
  3. Financial Management: Develop and manage the hospital budget in collaboration with the finance department. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve fiscal objectives.
