Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - International Hospital (Open for only Vietnamese)

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished and globally-minded leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our prestigious International hospital. The CEO will play a key role in providing strategic direction, overseeing operational excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care in an international healthcare setting. This pivotal role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record of successful leadership in the global healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

  1. Global Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global strategic vision for the international hospital. Navigate and lead the organization through the complexities of the international healthcare landscape.
  2. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage a comprehensive international hospital budget. Monitor and manage financial performance to achieve global fiscal objectives.
  3. Quality and Patient Safety on a Global Scale: Uphold and enhance the hospital's commitment to the highest international standards of patient safety and quality care. Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives across the global network.
  4. Global Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with an international medical community, employees, regulatory bodies, and global partners. Represent the hospital in global healthcare forums and collaborations.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven executive leadership experience in an international hospital or healthcare system.
  2. Global Leadership Skills: Strong global leadership qualities with the ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes. Decision-making and problem-solving skills in an international context.
  3. International Healthcare Expertise: In-depth knowledge of global healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends.
