Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Facilities to join our Client's Team, an International University in HCMC. The Director of Facilities will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's facilities, including maintenance, safety, security, and space planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a safe and comfortable work environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement facilities management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the company's facilities.

- Ensure the maintenance & repairs, Health & Safety, safeguard, budget & construction support

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.

- Create and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

- Develop and implement safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees.

- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.

- Plan and manage office space to optimize its use and ensure a comfortable working environment for employees.

- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures.

- Manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet the needs of the company and its employees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in facilities management, preferably strong experience with Education business.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Proven experience in budget management and cost control.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.

- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
