As the General Manager, a dynamic subsidiary of International digital health-tech, you will lead and drive the strategic vision, operations, and growth of our technology-focused healthcare entity. Your role is pivotal in advancing our mission to harness innovation and technology to enhance healthcare solutions. As an inspiring leader, you will guide a multidisciplinary team, foster collaboration, and navigate the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the company's strategic direction, aligning it with the company's overarching goals.
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision in the healthcare technology sector, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of technology solutions and services to clients and partners.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and operational goals to drive efficiency and excellence across all functions.

Business Development and Partnerships:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities within the healthcare technology ecosystem.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base, exploring new markets, and creating innovative business models.

Innovation and Product Development:

  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development of cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions that address industry challenges.
  • Lead the ideation, design, development, and launch of new products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide inspirational leadership to a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members, enabling their professional growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, clients, and industry experts to enhance the company's visibility and influence.

  • Mitigate potential risks and proactively address any legal or regulatory concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in the healthcare technology sector, with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends in healthcare, including digital health, medical devices, software solutions, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
