1. Mô tả công việc

- Chỉ đạo và giám sát dự án xây dựng an toàn, đúng tiến độ. - Khảo sát khu vực thi công, phân tích bản vẽ, báo cáo, bản đồ,... trước khi triển khai thi công. - Nghiên cứu tính khả thi của bản vẽ thiết kế và các nghiệp vụ có liên quan, đảm bảo đáp ứng tốt nhất các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật - Tư vấn và giải quyết những vấn đề hoặc những sai sót phát sinh trong quá trình thi công - Theo dõi tiến độ xây dựng và lập báo cáo tình hình thi công cho bản quản lý dự án - Quản lý ngân sách và công tác mua sắm trang thiết bị cần cho việc thi công - Làm việc với các bên liên quan để cập nhật tiến độ và đưa ra những điều chỉnh cần thiết

2. Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bằng cử nhân chuyên ngành Kỹ sư xây dựng hoặc các ngành có liên quan - Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí kỹ sư xây dựng - Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm thiết kế AutoCAD, Civil 3D hoặc tương tự - Kỹ năng quản lý và giám sát dự án - Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
