Địa điểm làm việc: KCN Nhơn Trạch 1, Đồng Nai (có xe đưa rước từ Biên Hòa và HCM)

Thời gian làm việc: T2-T6 / tuần và 2x T7 / tháng

Mô tả công việc:

  • Tìm kiếm, thiết lập mối quan hệ với khách hàng mới kênh B2B (kênh Horeca, các nhà máy sản xuất thực phẩm)
  • Duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện tại.
  • Tìm hiểu nhu cầu, xu thế và thị hiếu khách hàng để mở rộng thị trường.
  • Theo dõi đơn hàng.
  • Tương tác, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan như R&D, kế hoạch, và sản xuất ... nhằm đảm bảo đơn hàng được giao đúng theo kế hoạch.
  • Theo dõi và xử lý khiếu nại từ khách hàng nhanh chóng, kịp thời.
  • Phân tích số liệu, tổng hợp báo cáo doanh số.
  • Thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Yêu cầu:

  • Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí nhân viên kinh doanh B2B. Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm bán hàng nguyên liệu cho các công ty chế biến thực phẩm
  • Kỹ năng: giao tiếp tốt, năng động, quản lý hiệu quả thời gian
  • Có khả năng bao quát hết công việc, xử lý các tình huống nhanh, nhạy, linh hoạt trong phạm vi phụ trách công việc của mình
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp
