Mô tả công việc:

  • Tìm kiếm và phát triển quan hệ với các khách hàng trọng điểm, chuỗi/ đại lý và đối tác tiềm năng, xây dựng hệ thống quản lý khách hàng.
  • Phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh, quản lý hiệu quả làm việc của đội ngũ: Tuyển dụng, đào tạo, huấn luyện, giám sát và đánh giá năng lực đội ngũ Kinh doanh
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch hành động chi tiết, triển khai và kiểm soát chặt chẽ việc thực hiện các kế hoạch đã duyệt.
  • Phân tích, dự báo tiềm năng thị trường và các đối thủ cạnh tranh để phát triển các chiến lược bán hàng ngắn và dài hạn của công ty.
  • Đàm phán, ký kết các hợp đồng.
  • Thiết lập tuyến bán hàng, đảm bảo thăm viếng khách hàng và thực thi tại các điểm bán thuộc khách hàng trọng điểm/chuỗi
  • Đề xuất kế hoạch trade theo tháng/quý/năm và triển khai các chương trình hỗ trợ dài hạn, ngắn hạn nhằm kích thích sell-in, sell-out theo mùa vụ như promotion, activation, trưng bày tại điểm bán/khách hàng
  • Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường, đánh giá và báo cáo tình hình ngành hàng, đối thủ, từ đó đưa ra các giải pháp tương ứng.
  • Theo dõi và quản lý ngân sách hiệu quả. Điều chỉnh kế hoạch linh động theo tình hình doanh số và nhu cầu thực tế.

Yêu cầu:

  • Có kinh nghiệm 02 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đường (Ưu tiên trong ngành làm đẹp, mỹ phẩm, FMCG)
  • Nhiệt huyết, khả năng thuyết phục và dẫn dắt đội ngũ.
  • Khả năng hoạch định, thiết lập mục tiêu, tổ chức thực thi, kiểm soát tốt
  • Khả năng phân tích và đưa ra quyết định
  • Khả năng đàm phán, thương lượng và giao tiếp tốt.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở mảng kinh doanh lẫn kinh nghiệm triển khai các hoạt động Trade MKT
