Mô tả công việc:

  • Phụ trách xây dựng chiến lược phát triển kênh bán hàng Đại lý, tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc về chiến lược, kế hoạch và phương án hoạt động kinh doanh của kênh
  • Lập kế hoạch thực hiện chăm sóc khách hàng hiện tại, tìm kiếm và phát triển quan hệ với các khách hàng đại lý và đối tác tiềm năng, xây dựng hệ thống quản lý khách hàng.
  • Quản lý việc thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh, phối hợp cùng bộ phận Marketing đề xuất các chính sách bán hàng, chương trình khuyến mãi nhằm đẩy mạnh doanh số bán hàng và phát triển thương hiệu sản phẩm
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch, mục tiêu kinh doanh hàng tuần, tháng, quý, triển khai và kiểm soát chặt chẽ việc thực hiện các kế hoạch đã duyệt.
  • Báo cáo định kỳ hoạt động kinh doanh cho Ban Giám đốc công ty, chịu trách nhiệm trước BGĐ về tình hình kinh doanh của kênh Đại lý
  • Đàm phán, ký kết các hợp đồng với khách hàng.
  • Phân tích, dự báo tiềm năng thị trường và các đối thủ cạnh tranh để phát triển các chiến lược bán hàng ngắn và dài hạn của công ty.
  • Quản lý và kiểm soát P&L của kênh phụ trách

2. Quản lý và đào tạo đội ngũ nhân viên:

  • Thực hiện tuyển dụng nhân sự, giám sát, quản lý và phát triển các nhân sự trong phòng.
  • Thể hiện khả năng lãnh đạo, tư vấn, hướng dẫn và cung cấp phản hồi hiệu quả cho đội ngũ.
  • Thực hiện đào tạo, huấn luyện cá nhân khi cần thiết
  • Hiểu các vai trò, năng lực của mỗi nhân viên để thiết lập kế hoạch đào tạo & phát triển nhân sự (phối hợp với phòng Nhân Sự);
  • Hoàn thành đánh giá hiệu suất, năng lực cho nhân viên theo lịch trình đánh giá.

Yêu cầu:

  • Có bằng cử nhân các ngành về Kinh tế, Kinh doanh, Quản lý
  • Có kinh nghiệm 05 năm trở lên ở vị trí Trưởng phòng/phó phòng Kinh doanh (Ưu tiên trong ngành làm đẹp, mỹ phẩm)
  • Có kiến thức và am hiểu về lĩnh vực kinh doanh kênh bán sỉ/phát triển kênh đại lý.
  • Có tư duy chiến lược và năng lực định hướng, khả năng đột phá.
  • Khả năng phân tích, thiết lập, xây dựng các mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, đàm phán và thuyết phục tốt.
  • Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch kinh doanh, quản lý theo dõi P&L của bộ phận
  • Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định tốt
  • Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập, nhóm, chịu được áp lực và hoàn thành mục tiêu được giao đúng hạn
