MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC - Quản lý, sắp xếp và tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch công tác, kinh doanh của Bộ phận Kinh doanh giải pháp Dược phẩm, Thực phẩm dinh dưỡng, Mỹ phẩm. - Tìm kiếm, thiết lập mối quan hệ với khách hàng và đối tác tiềm năng, mở rộng thị trường ngành Dinh dưỡng & Bảo vệ sức khỏe. - Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với các khách hàng, đối tác trong lĩnh vực Dược phẩm, Thực phẩm dinh dưỡng, Mỹ phẩm. - Quản lý chi phí, hàng hoá tồn kho, công nợ để đảm bảo hoàn thành mục tiêu công tác được giao. - Quản lý, phân công công việc, hướng dẫn, đào tạo các nhân viên trong nhóm kinh doanh. - Xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh trong nhóm theo định hướng và chiến lược phát triển của Phòng và Công ty.

CHỨC NĂNG VÀ NHIỆM VỤ - Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức triển khai các hoạt động bao gồm: hoạt động quảng bá, tư vấn kỹ thuật và phát triển thương mại,... dựa trên kế hoạch, chiến lược kinh doanh đã được phê duyệt và triển khai thực hiện để đạt mục tiêu doanh số. - Đề xuất chính sách bán hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng bao gồm chính sách về giá, công nợ và chiết khấu cho các khách hàng thuộc phạm vi phụ trách, để trình Trưởng phòng Kinh doanh phê duyệt và thực hiện theo chính sách được phê duyệt. - Hướng dẫn, kiểm duyệt và hoàn thành các báo cáo kinh doanh, báo cáo công tác, bao gồm Market Survey, TB, Rolling Forecast, Sales Forecast, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Business Review, PMR, WAR, Weekly Plan, để trình duyệt, báo cáo đến cấp quản lý trực tiếp và các nhà cung cấp theo quy trình công tác và quy định của công ty.

- Triển khai kế hoạch bán hàng, kế hoạch tồn trữ hàng hóa & thu hồi công nợ. - Triển khai, tổ chức thực hiện, giám sát và quản lý các hoạt động bán hàng. - Triển khai các hoạt động khảo sát, nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh, xu hướng phát triển các dòng sản phẩm mới; thu thập và phân tích thông tin ngành/lĩnh vực phụ trách và nhu cầu của thị trường theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý trực tiếp. - Triển khai các chương trình đào tạo, huấn luyện, đánh giá và phát triển nhân viên dưới quyền đảm bảo mục tiêu phát triển nguồn nhân lực của Bộ phận.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Thạc sĩ chuyên ngành Hóa/Dược/Thực phẩm.

- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh lưu loát: - Đủ năng lực để làm việc trực tiếp với đối tác quốc tế, đàm phán quyền phân phối. Tư duy chiến lược & phát triển thị trường (Strategic Mindset): - Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển kinh doanh nguyên liệu, phân tích thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh tốt. - Có năng lực tư duy, sáng tạo giải pháp kinh doanh và phát triển quan hệ đối tác lâu dài. Kỹ năng đàm phán, thương lượng xuất sắc: - Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thương lượng với các đối tác trong nước và quốc tế. Chủ động và năng động: - Sẵn sàng đi công tác quốc tế thường xuyên, khả năng thích nghi với môi trường quốc tế nhanh. - Năng động, nhiệt huyết, khả năng networking rộng, tận dụng mối quan hệ để phát triển cơ hội kinh doanh mới.
