The posting

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact Handles receptionist duties, including but not limited to incoming calls and greeting visitors. Attend to guests and clients in a professional manner
  • Provide overall personal assistant support to the CEO, as and when required
  • Deliver general administrative support to the office, including office facilities management, office maintenance, and coordination of internal and external events
  • Ensure the office environment is consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Manage office supplies, including stationery and pantry inventory, handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Arrange local and overseas courier services
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, including proper collation of receipts and documentation
  • Assist with business travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and visa applications
  • Attend to all calls promptly and courteously; forward and take messages appropriately
  • Support various ad-hoc administrative tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder in Business or related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in supporting large teams
  • Proactive, responsible, resourceful and independent
  • Well-groomed with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible attitude, self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Team player; able to build relationships across the group
