Điều phối xe đưa rước cán bộ nhân viên người Việt và chuyên gia nước ngoài

Tổ chức, giám sát chất lượng suất ăn, an toàn thực phẩm tại bếp ăn

Phối hợp bộ phận Y tế, lên lịch khám sức khỏe định kỳ và đảm bảo công tác chăm sóc sức khỏe nhân viên.

Lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát việc mua sắm, cấp phát, sửa chữa tài sản, thiết bị văn phòng.

Tổ chức thực hiện công tác An toàn lao động, PCCC, môi trường, VSATTP, phối hợp đào tạo huấn luyện định kỳ

Làm việc với cơ quan chức năng (PCCC, Lao động, Môi trường, BHXH, BQL KCN) khi có thanh tra, kiểm tra.

Lập kế hoạch ngân sách hành chính năm/quý/tháng.

Xây dựng, tổ chức thực hiện và cải tiến các quy trình hành chính: văn thư lưu trữ, lễ tân, quản lý tài sản, vệ sinh, văn phòng phẩm

Xây dựng hệ thống theo dõi, kiểm kê tài sản toàn công ty.

Tổ chức, phân công, giám sát, đào tạo và đánh giá nhân sự hành chính.

Tổ chức hoạt động gắn kết, sinh nhật, khen thưởng nội bộ

Thiết lập KPI, quy trình làm việc rõ ràng và báo cáo định kỳ với cấp quản lý.

Tham mưu cho Ban lãnh đạo về công tác hành chính của công ty.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành: Quản trị Hành chính, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Luật, Nhân sự và các chuyên ngành liên quan

Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý hành chính trong môi trường sản xuất có quy mô >1.000 nhân sự.

Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kĩ năng

Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng nhà máy là lợi thế

Hiểu biết sâu về luật lao động, ATLĐ, PCCC, các nghiệp vụ hành chính

Kỹ năng đàm phán, giải quyết sự vụ, làm việc với cơ quan nhà nước.

Khả năng lãnh đạo và phát triển đội ngũ.
