The posting

My Client is looking for an Admin and Sourcing Executive. Administrative wise, you interface between them and their clients for the timely flow of documents related to tendering and completion of building services. For sourcing, if needed, you will find suitable contractors for quotations for building services.

Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure reliable, accurate and timely administrative and sourcing functions.
  • Ensure timely flow of documents between them and their clients.
  • Submission of quotations to clients via TenderBoard e-Procurement platform
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Job requirements:

  • Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Preferably has some sourcing experience related to facilities management and vendor/contractor contracts related to facilities management; but not a must
  • Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Responsible, tactful, and firm in problem solving and management

Other information:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
  • Location: Changi, East
