Job Title: IT Admin (Contract 1 year)

Location: Asok area, near BTS and MRT

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 01 year (New graduates are welcome)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Admin to support our IT Governance team. The ideal candidate will assist with document management primarily working with Excel filesand must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This role is suitable for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to IT administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the IT Governance team.
  • Manage and maintain documentation, especially Excel-based files.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively in Thai; basic understanding of IT terminology is a plus.
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (practical test required).
  • Strong communication skills in Thai.
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and develop new skills.
  • Open to all genders.
  • At least 6 months of experience in an IT office environment, or a new graduate with the required skills.
  • Transcript must not have any "F" grades (no restriction on university or institution).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with basic IT terms or processes.
  • Interest in working in IT governance or administration.
