The posting

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Managing Directors business and personal schedules, ensuring smooth planning across time zones.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and logistics, and accompany the Managing Director on trips when required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Serve as the main contact point between the Managing Director and stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
  • Handle Managing Directors personal matters, from running errands to managing household needs and special events.
  • Organise business and social functions with precision and efficiency.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless support for the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting top management or senior leaders.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
