  4. Hợp tác chặt chẽ với nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo chất lượng, thời gian sản xuất và liên tục cải tiến sản phẩm.
  5. Phối hợp với các phòng ban thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh, tối ưu hóa doanh thu và hiệu suất.
  6. Tuyển dụng, đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ nhân sự chuyên môn cao để đạt mục tiêu chiến lược.

  1. Nghiên cứu và Phát triển Sản phẩm:
  • Nghiên cứu thị trường:
  • Xác định xu hướng thị trường, nhu cầu của khách hàng, đối thủ cạnh tranh trong lĩnh vực văn phòng phẩm, giấy và đồ chơi sáng tạo..
  • Phân tích dữ liệu thị trường để đưa ra những dự báo chính xác về sản phẩm tiềm năng.
  • Xây dựng mục tiêu và kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm.
  • Phối hợp với các Bộ phận thiết kế, Nội dung, Marketing, Chuỗi cung ứng để đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ sản xuất và ra mắt sản phẩm.
  • Theo dõi, phân tích và đánh giá sản phẩm dựa trên các chỉ số báo cáo kinh doanh, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi và hành vi tiêu dùng của khách hàng.
  • Tổ chức các hoạt động sáng tạo để tăng tính sáng tạo của nhân viên.
  • Quản lý và lưu trữ các tài liệu, báo cáo liên quan.
  • Launching và điều chỉnh sản phẩm:
  • Xây dựng định hướng và mục tiêu launching sản phẩm mới.
  • Quản lý quá trình sản xuất mẫu thử, đánh giá và điều chỉnh sản phẩm.
  • Định kỳ kiểm tra, xem xét và điều chỉnh sản phẩm sau khi launching.
  1. Quản lý danh mục sản phẩm:
  • Đảm bảo danh mục sản phẩm phong phú, đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường.
  • Xây dựng các chính sách giá, khuyến mãi nhằm tăng tính cạnh tranh.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận:
  • Marketing:
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với bộ phận marketing để xây dựng chiến lược tiếp thị sản phẩm.
  • Cung cấp thông tin sản phẩm để tạo ra các ấn phẩm quảng cáo hiệu quả.
  • Làm việc với nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ giao hàng.
  • Đánh giá hiệu suất nhà cung cấp, đề xuất điều chỉnh hợp tác.

  • Phân công nhiệm vụ, theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của từng thành viên.

  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhà sản xuất: Hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất, các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và khả năng làm việc với các nhà cung cấp.Kỹ năng:
  • Quản lý dự án: Khả năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và quản lý dự án hiệu quả.
  • Lãnh đạo: Khả năng lãnh đạo và truyền cảm hứng cho đội ngũ.
  • Giao tiếp: Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, làm việc hiệu quả với các bộ phận khác.
