  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts

  • Work with production team to develop products as customers requirements
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales teams to meet sales objectives.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the flexible plastic packaging industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Vietnamese and English
