CHỨC NĂNG VÀ NHIỆM VỤ - Triển khai thực hiện kế hoạch công tác (kế hoạch tổ chức các hoạt động quảng bá, tư vấn kỹ thuật và phát triển thương mại) dựa trên kế hoạch kinh doanh đã được phê duyệt để đạt mục tiêu doanh số được giao. - Triển khai công tác quảng bá và bán hàng theo kế hoạch và quy trình, quy định của công ty, bao gồm các bước sau: chủ động tìm hiểu thông tin khách hàng trong lĩnh vực phụ trách, tiếp cận khách hàng, phát triển dự án, báo giá, đàm phán giá bán & điều kiện cung ứng, thanh toán với khách hàng và nhà cung cấp theo chính sách bán hàng của công ty, chốt đơn hàng, cung cấp thông tin các Phòng ban liên quan để trình duyệt ký hợp đồng và nhập/ xuất hàng. - Thực hiện các hoạt động bán hàng theo kế hoạch đặt hàng, kế hoạch xuất hàng đã được duyệt; Đồng thời chủ động bán hàng tồn trữ trong kho, đảm bảo số lượng hàng hóa phụ trách không có sản phẩm nào quá nửa thời hạn sử dụng.dõi tình trạng đơn hàng để can thiệp và hỗ trợ khách hàng theo quy định và chính sách chăm sóc khách hàng của công ty. - Thực hiện các hoạt động chăm sóc khách hàng thường xuyên và liên tục để duy trì, củng cố mối quan hệ kinh doanh hiện có và phát triển dự án mới. Tiếp nhận khiếu nại của khách hàng về cung ứng và chất lượng hàng hoá. Phối hợp với các Phòng ban liên quan để giải quyết các khiếu nại và thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục, phòng ngừa. - Tìm kiếm, xây dựng và thiết lập mối quan hệ kinh doanh với các khách hàng mới có tiềm năng trong lĩnh vực phụ trách thông qua việc chủ động tiếp cận, giới thiệu sản phẩm, tư vấn kỹ thuật, công thức và ý tưởng mới. - Tiến hành thu thập và phân tích thông tin ngành/lĩnh vực phụ trách và nhu cầu của thị trường theo hệ thống báo cáo tháng, quý, năm đề xuất đến BM định hướng, định vị thị trường, định vị sản phẩm nhằm thỏa mãn nhu cầu thị trường.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm sale ngành nguyên liệu, có thể cân nhắc R&D cứng. Độ tuổi: 1990 - 1997, Ưu tiên ứng viên Nam Nền tảng (Đại học/Thạc sĩ): Dược Sĩ / Hóa hữu cơ/ Thực phẩm (Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp từ: ĐH Bách Khoa; ĐH Quốc Tế; ĐH Y Dược) Tiếng Anh: Xuất sắc là BẮT BUỘC (IELT 6.5; TOEIC 700)

Giao tiếp tiếng Anh lưu loát: - Đủ năng lực để làm việc trực tiếp với đối tác quốc tế, đàm phán. Tư duy chiến lược & phát triển thị trường (Strategic Mindset): - Phát triển kinh doanh nguyên liệu, phân tích thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh. - Có năng lực tư duy, sáng tạo giải pháp kinh doanh và phát triển quan hệ đối tác lâu dài. Kỹ năng đàm phán, thương lượng xuất sắc: - Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thương lượng với các đối tác trong nước và quốc tế. Chủ động và năng động: - Sẵn sàng đi công tác quốc tế, khả năng thích nghi với môi trường quốc tế nhanh. - Năng động, nhiệt huyết, khả năng networking rộng, tận dụng mối quan hệ để phát triển cơ hội kinh doanh mới
