岗位职责：

能够根据任务要求在国内/国外出差。

安排总经理的工作日程、会议日程、准备商务旅行。

协调和支持组织工作，如起草邀请函、安排人力资源、编写总干事参加的工作会议、会议或活动的报告和文件。

为总经理提供建议并协助制定公司的发展计划和方向。

支持部门和分部实施总监指定的目标、计划和政策。

会议秘书及内部文件起草。

定期提交报告。

为总经理更新和总结有关新法律文件、市场趋势新闻情况和与公司运营相关的行业的信息。

监督并向总经理报告所分配部门的工作。

完成总经理要求的其他任务。

Mức lương: Thỏa thuận, thưởng cuối năm và phúc lợi công ty.

Làm việc : Thứ 2 Thứ 6, từ 9.00 18.00 (Theo lệnh điều động đột xuất nếu có)

Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • Sắp xếp lịch trình làm việc, lịch họp, chuẩn bị chuyến công tác cho Tổng giám đốc.
  • Điều phối, hỗ trợ công tác tổ chức như soạn thư mời, sắp xếp nhân lực, tổng hợp báo cáo, tài liệu cho các buổi làm việc, cuộc họp hay sự kiện có Tổng giám đốc tham dự.
  • Tham mưu, giúp việc cho Tổng giám đốc về kế hoạch, định hướng phát triển của công ty.
  • Hỗ trợ các bộ phận, phòng ban trong việc thực hiện mục tiêu, kế hoạch, chính sách theo sự phân công của Tổng giám đốc.
  • Thư ký cuộc họp và soạn thảo văn bản nội bộ.
  • Thực hiện báo cáo theo định kỳ.
  • Cập nhật, tóm lược thông tin về các văn bản pháp luật mới, tình hình báo chí về xu hướng thị trường, ngành liên quan đến hoạt động của công ty cho Tổng giám đốc.
  • Thực hiện việc giám sát, báo cáo công việc của các phòng ban được phân công trách nhiệm với Tổng giám đốc.
  • Hoàn thành các công việc khác do Tổng giám đốc yêu cầu.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Tiếng Trung 4 kỹ năng (nghe, nói, đọc, viết) HSK 6 trở lên

1. Chân dung ứng viên:

- Nền tảng giáo dục : tốt nghiệp đại học, chuyên ngành không giới hạn

- Độ tuổi 28 - 32 tuổi (có 3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc )

Tính cách ENTJ/ESTP (MBTI cho thấy tính cách lãnh đạo/ doanh nhân )

2. Khả năng nguyên tắc

- Nhẫn cảm thương mại : Có thể nhanh chóng hiểu các chỉ số cốt lõi của ngành bán lẻ (GMV / TPS / lưu lượng hàng tồn kho, v.v.)

- Tư duy chiến lược : Thường xuyên đọc báo cáo phân tích ngành công nghiệp, có kinh nghiệm viết kế hoạch kinh doanh và làm bóng tài liệu tài chính ưu tiên.

- Khả năng thực hiện : Khả năng chịu áp lực để xử lý 10 + giao dịch liên ngành mỗi ngày

- Tổ chức chuyên nghiệp : Tư vấn viên / Nhà phân tích ngân hàng đầu tư BB / Công ty luật / Câu lạc bộ
