The posting

  • US MNC
  • Location: West (Gul Road)
  • 12 months Contract
  • Salary: up to $4000 with OT entitlement
  • 5 days work week

Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of all personnel assigned to the projects, including OEMs and visitors.
  • Timesheet Management: Handle the timesheet management for approximately 20-25 field service engineers (FSEs) at the site, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • SR ( NCR ) Summary Preparation: Prepare Service Request (SR) summaries for GTC and GTCC, a task that is currently very time-consuming and expected to increase in volume.
  • Technical Support: Assist in managing punch lists during the commissioning and start-up phases. This includes training to handle technical aspects effectively.
  • Daily & Weekly Report preparation
  • Ability to read Technical documentation ( drawings, data sheet etc. )
  • Performa invoice prepare

Requirements:

  • Experience in Logistics: Proven experience in managing logistics for large teams, preferably in an industrial or project-based environment.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage timesheets and prepare detailed reports.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn to manage punch lists and support commissioning activities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry or large-scale industrial projects (optional).
