Objetivo del puesto

Planificar, dirigir y supervisar la gestión contable, financiera, fiscal y administrativa de la empresa, garantizando el cumplimiento legal y tributario, el adecuado control interno y el soporte estratégico para la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección.

Requisitos:

-Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública.

- Sello Contable vigente emitido por el Consejo de Vigilancia de la Profesión de Contaduría Pública y Auditoría.

-Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de Jefatura Contable, Administración Contable o Gerencia Financiera.

-Dominio de SAP (módulo Contable/Financiero).

-Excel avanzado.

-Amplio conocimiento de legislación tributaria y mercantil de El Salvador.

-Experiencia en cierres contables, elaboración de estados financieros y cumplimiento fiscal.

- Licencia de conducir vigente y vehículo propio.

-Disponibilidad para asumir funciones de Apoderado Legal de la empresa y atención de contingencias.

Funciones:

-Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de todos los procesos contables de la empresa, garantizando el registro oportuno y correcto de las operaciones financieras.

-Liderar y ejecutar el cierre contable mensual y anual en SAP, asegurando la integridad y confiabilidad de la información financiera.

-Elaborar, analizar y presentar mensualmente los Estados Financieros a Presidencia, -Gerencia General y Gerencia Financiera para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

-Analizar indicadores financieros, comportamiento de ventas y variaciones presupuestarias, proponiendo acciones correctivas y oportunidades de mejora.

-Supervisar la contabilización de planillas, provisiones, depreciaciones, comisiones y demás registros contables requeridos.

-Coordinar mejoras continuas en los procesos financieros mediante la optimización de SAP y otras herramientas tecnológicas.

-Garantizar el cumplimiento oportuno de todas las obligaciones tributarias y mercantiles de la empresa ante las entidades gubernamentales correspondientes.

-Elaborar, revisar y presentar declaraciones fiscales mensuales y anuales de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.

-Supervisar el cálculo, control y conciliación de impuestos, retenciones, percepciones e informes fiscales requeridos por la legislación salvadoreña.

-Controlar y dar seguimiento a las cuentas por pagar y obligaciones financieras.

-Coordinar y supervisar operaciones bancarias, transferencias electrónicas, emisión de cheques y remesas.
