The posting

Cliente Importante de People Working Corp, empresa dedicada a la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, ubicada en Managua, busca a un Administrador de Inmuebles, con competencias en análisis, administración, cumplimiento de metas, pro activo.

Objetivo del puesto:

Realizar los registros necesarios para creación y actualización en el sistema de contratos de pagos y cobros por alquiler de infraestructura pasiva con finalidad de contribuir al cumplimiento de las obligaciones adquiridas por la empresa.

Principales Funciones del Puesto:

  • Realizar registros de nuevos contratos, adendas, aplicar incrementos y otros ajustes.
  • Realizar cruce de simulaciones para validación de infraestructura del mes.
  • Ejecutar contabilización de contratos de pagos y cobros para generar la cuenta por cobrar y pagar.
  • Enviar solicitud de pago a tesorería de las facturas.
  • Realizar y enviar formularios de retenciones a los arrendadores según aplique.
  • Enviar a cuentas por cobrar solicitud de confección de facturas para gestionar cobro a los operadores.
  • Realizar detalle para provisiones de los contratos que correspondan.
  • Realizar informes de datos generados para el grupo corporativo.
  • Otras funciones acordes a la posición.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • Lic. En Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia 2 años en funciones similares, negociación y trato con arrendadores.
  • Conocimientos generales sobre telecomunicaciones (deseable).
  • Conocimientos contables.
  • Manejo de paquete Office (Excel intermedio).
  • Manejo de ERP (deseable SAP).
  • Licencia de conducir al día.
  • Disponibilidad para desplazarse eventualmente a los inmuebles.
