The posting

Objetivo del puesto:

Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo al área de Recursos Humanos, realizando procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal, así como el control de asistencia, permisos, vacaciones y archivo del personal del laboratorio clínico. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y la legislación laboral vigente, manteniendo la confidencialidad de la información y contribuyendo al desarrollo y buen funcionamiento del equipo humano de la organización.

Funciones:

  • -Realizar el proceso completo de reclutamiento y selección de personal, desde la publicación de vacantes hasta la contratación.
  • -Gestionar y mantener actualizado el archivo físico y digital del personal, incluyendo expedientes, contratos, y documentos de control interno.
  • -Controlar asistencia, horarios, horas extras, permisos, ausencias y vacaciones del personal del laboratorio.
  • -Elaborar contratos laborales y validar referencias, documentos y antecedentes de candidatos.
  • -Llevar la agenda y coordinación de reuniones del área de Recursos Humanos.
  • -Dar seguimiento a procesos administrativos relacionados con suspensiones del IGSS y demás gestiones ante instituciones.
  • -Garantizar el manejo confidencial de la información del personal y de la empresa.
  • -Elaborar reportes, bases de datos y análisis utilizando Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, etc.).
  • -Apoyar en la comunicación interna y actividades de bienestar del personal.
  • -Colaborar con otras áreas del laboratorio para asegurar una correcta administración del recurso humano.

Requisitos:

  • -Bachiller en Ciencias y Letras o carrera afín.
  • -Deseable estudiante universitario de Psicología Industrial, Administración de Empresas o Recursos Humanos.
  • -De 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia como asistente o analista de Recursos Humanos.
  • -Disponibilidad para laborar de lunes a viernes de 6:20 a.m. a 4:30 p.m. y domingo de 7:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m.
  • -Género: Masculino.
  • -Edad: 25 años en adelante.
