Buscamos un(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos con experiencia integral en gestión de talento humano para brindar soporte a las operaciones de Costa Rica y la región Centroamericana.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de procesos clave de Recursos Humanos tales como administración de nómina, cumplimiento laboral, reclutamiento y selección, cultura y clima organizacional, indicadores de gestión y soporte administrativo al área.

Principales responsabilidades

Apoyar en la elaboración y control de nóminas, así como en la preparación y presentación de reportes ante entidades reguladoras.

Participar en la implementación, seguimiento y fortalecimiento de iniciativas de cultura y clima organizacional.

Ejecutar procesos completos de reclutamiento y selección para Costa Rica y otros países de la región.

Diseñar y dar seguimiento a indicadores de gestión de Recursos Humanos (rotación, ausentismo, incidencias de planilla, entre otros).

Gestionar procesos administrativos de Recursos Humanos como expedientes, constancias laborales, inclusiones ante INS y CCSS, y documentación de personal.

Apoyar actividades de bienestar y reconocimiento para los colaboradores.

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Bachillerato universitario en Administración de Empresas con énfasis en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Trabajo Social, Carreras afines.

Experiencia requerida

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Analista de Recursos Humanos en empresas medianas o grandes.
  • Experiencia en elaboración de nómina y reportes laborales obligatorios.
  • Experiencia comprobable en implementación de iniciativas de cultura y clima organizacional desde cero.
  • Experiencia en procesos integrales de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Experiencia en elaboración y análisis de indicadores de Recursos Humanos.
  • Deseable experiencia en nóminas de Costa Rica y algún otro país de Centroamérica.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Legislación laboral de Costa Rica.
  • Plataformas de entidades regulatorias laborales.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel intermedio).
  • Sistemas ERP de Recursos Humanos.
  • Reclutamiento y selección por competencias.
  • Indicadores de gestión de RRHH.
