Persona altamente organizada, proactiva, con excelente presentación, responsable del control y seguimiento de procesos clave. Será el enlace clave entre administración y área operativa por lo que se valoran habilidades de comunicación, seguimiento, manejo de expedientes y que pueda trabajar bajo presión.

REQUISITOS:

  • Estudiante universitaria, deseable graduada en Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Genero femenino sin limite de edad (se prioriza experiencia y conocimientos).
  • Residir en zona 15 vista hermosa o aledaños.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones similares.
  • Experiencia en asistir a Gerencia en en la organización de agenda y temas administrativos.
  • Experiencia en facturación y sistemas de facturación electrónica (preferiblemente Digifact)
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de inventario digital.
  • Proactiva, organizada, excelente presentación y servicio al cliente.
