The posting

Objetivo del Puesto:

Garantizar la correcta ejecución y control de los procesos contables, fiscales y laborales asignados a la cartera de clientes de la firma, mediante la elaboración de registros contables, estados financieros, declaraciones tributarias y demás obligaciones legales, asegurando información financiera confiable, el cumplimiento normativo y el adecuado soporte para la toma de decisiones.

Funciones del Puesto:

-Ejecutar y administrar el ciclo contable completo de las empresas asignadas.

-Registrar, revisar y analizar las operaciones contables de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.

-Elaborar estados financieros mensuales y anuales.

-Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y análisis de cuentas contables.

-Preparar cierres contables mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.

-Elaborar y presentar declaraciones tributarias de acuerdo con la legislación salvadoreña.

-Gestionar y controlar libros de IVA, compras, ventas y demás registros fiscales requeridos.

-Administrar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de facturación electrónica.

-Elaborar planillas salariales, cálculo de prestaciones laborales y obligaciones patronales.

-Gestionar procesos relacionados con ISSS, AFP, Ministerio de Hacienda y demás instituciones gubernamentales.

-Verificar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, laborales y mercantiles de los clientes asignados.

-Preparar reportes financieros y contables para la gerencia y clientes.

-Brindar asesoría y atención a clientes en temas contables, tributarios y laborales.

-Supervisar y apoyar las actividades realizadas por auxiliares contables.

-Mantener actualizados los expedientes contables y documentación de respaldo.

-Utilizar sistemas ERP para la gestión y control de la información financiera, preferiblemente Softland.

-Elaborar reportes y análisis mediante Microsoft Excel y herramientas de Office.

-Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos internos de la organización.

-Apoyar en proyectos administrativos y financieros que le sean asignados.

Requisitos:

-Estudiante de tercer año o cuarto en Contaduría Pública.

-De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares.

-Conocimiento del ciclo contable completo.

-Experiencia en elaboración de estados financieros, conciliaciones bancarias y cierres contables.

-Conocimiento de legislación tributaria, mercantil y laboral salvadoreña.

-Experiencia en declaraciones de impuestos y libros de IVA.

-Manejo de facturación electrónica.

-Conocimiento en elaboración de planillas salariales y prestaciones laborales.

-Dominio de Microsoft Excel y herramientas de Office.

-Deseable experiencia en ERP Softland.
