The posting

Objetivo del puesto

Brindar apoyo al área contable mediante el registro oportuno de transacciones financieras, conciliaciones bancarias, control de cajas chicas, gestión documental y cumplimiento de procesos contables, contribuyendo a la exactitud de la información financiera y al cumplimiento de las políticas internas de la empresa.

Requisitos

-Estudiante universitario activo de Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o carreras afines.

-Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos contables.

-Conocimiento de procesos contables, conciliaciones bancarias y cuentas por pagar.

-Manejo de Excel intermedio.

-Experiencia en sistemas contables o ERP (SAP deseable).

-Excelente organización y atención al detalle.

Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.

-Actitud de servicio y trabajo en equipo.

Funciones:

-Registrar diariamente gastos, pagos, cuentas por pagar y partidas contables.

-Elaborar integraciones de cuentas contables y dar seguimiento a los movimientos financieros.

-Revisar y contabilizar gastos relacionados con importaciones y prorrateos.

-Elaborar y mantener actualizados los libros de compras y documentación fiscal.

-Conciliaciones bancarias y operaciones financieras

-Realizar conciliaciones bancarias mensuales.

-Confirmar transferencias bancarias y registrar operaciones financieras locales e internacionales.

-Controlar y contabilizar liquidaciones de tarjetas de crédito y débito.

-Elaborar cheques y dar seguimiento a pagos de proveedores.

-Control de cajas y facturación

-Ejecutar arqueos de caja y revisiones de cajas chicas.

-Verificar documentación de respaldo de gastos e ingresos.

-Emitir documentos fiscales y apoyar en procesos de facturación.

-Elaborar y enviar reportes diarios de cortes de caja.

-Control de activos e inventarios

-Apoyar en la revisión y control de activos fijos y depreciaciones.

-Validar saldos de inventario mediante reportes del sistema.

-Participar en conciliaciones e integraciones relacionadas con inventarios.

-Gestión documental y archivo

-Mantener actualizado el archivo físico y digital de documentos contables.

-Imprimir y organizar documentación financiera, bancaria y fiscal.

-Apoyar en la preparación de información para auditorías y cierres contables.
