Objetivo del puesto:

Tener control sobre los costos de GT, CR y PAN, ARM, así como verificar que los inventarios estén a un costo razonable, validar las variaciones de precios en los productos control sobre activos y proyectos relacionados con activos y realizar informes sobre la rotación de inventarios, variación en precios.

Principales funciones:

  • -Proceso de Utilitario de Costos Guatemala, Costa Rica y Panamá, Armenia
  • -Informe de Antigüedad de inventario Guatemala, Costa Rica y Panamá, Armenia
  • -Revisión de liquidaciones elaboradas por AP de GT, CR, PAN, ARM
  • -Liquidación de Proyectos
  • -Utilitario para asentar póliza de Compras
  • -Formato de autorización de cierre proyectos
  • -Informe de proyectos para cerrar "FAS Asset Additions"
  • -Reporte actualizado de proyectos GT, ARM
  • Depreciaciones GT
  • -Generación de pólizas
  • -Anulación de póliza en USD
  • -Depreciación Corporativo en dólares
  • -Inventario en consignación
  • -Toma física de Inventario
  • -Reporte para soporte de facturas
  • -Ajustes por diferencias en inventarios
  • -Cierre de costos
  • -Correr Utilitario de Costos
  • -Postear Pólizas
  • -Generar reporte de diferencias de Inv. en USD y comparar con reporte solicitado a IT
  • -Informe de inventario en tránsito y sus ajustes (GT, CR, PAN, ARM)

Requisitos:

  • -Graduado de Contador Público y Auditor (CPA).
  • -De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos de Contador de Costos e Inventarios o posiciones similares.
  • -Experiencia en empresas de producción o manufactura, preferiblemente.
  • -Experiencia en manejo y análisis de costos e inventarios.
  • -Conocimiento del ciclo contable y ciclo de costos.
  • -Experiencia en elaboración de costos de producción y ventas.
  • -Conocimiento en activos y proyectos.
  • -Manejo de pólizas contables con tipos de cambio.
  • -Excel intermedio-avanzado.
  • -Conocimiento de sistemas contables.
  • -Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Villa Nueva.
  • -Disponibilidad de horario para procesos de cierre.
