The posting

Objetivo del puesto:

Garantizar la adecuada gestión contable, financiera, administrativa y fiscal de la operación de Guatemala, trabajando de forma coordinada con equipos financieros regionales y apoyando a la Gerencia de País en la toma de decisiones y cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y regulatorias.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • -Preparación y presentación de estados financieros internos y fiscales.
  • -Elaboración y cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales: IVA, retenciones, impuesto sobre la renta y anticipos.
  • -Atención de requerimientos de SAT, IGSS, IRTRA y Ministerio de Trabajo.
  • -Supervisión y revisión de registros contables para garantizar la razonabilidad de la información financiera.
  • -Gestión de procesos de diferencias cambiarias y conciliaciones bancarias en dólares.
  • -Conciliación de operaciones intercompany.
  • -Elaboración y seguimiento de informes de precios de transferencia.
  • -Revisión de inventarios, activos fijos, depreciaciones, provisiones y reclasificaciones.
  • -Coordinación de auditorías internas y externas.
  • -Cumplimiento de NIIF y NIC.
  • -Coordinación con asesores fiscales y equipos financieros regionales.
  • -Apoyo a tesorería regional y gestión de banca local.
  • -Supervisión de un asistente contable.

Requisitos:

  • -Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública y Auditoría (CPA) Y estar inscrito ante SAT.
  • -Mínimo 10 años de experiencia como Contador General, idealmente como responsable de la operación contable de un país.
  • -Experiencia en operaciones regionales e importaciones.
  • -Sólidos conocimientos fiscales y experiencia directa en cumplimiento tributario.
  • -Experiencia en elaboración y presentación de obligaciones fiscales ante SAT.
  • -Conocimiento de NIIF y NIC.
  • -Experiencia en conciliaciones intercompany.
  • -Conocimientos en precios de transferencia.
  • -Experiencia con diferencias cambiarias y operaciones en moneda extranjera.
  • -Experiencia en empresas de comercialización y distribución de productos, preferiblemente.
  • -Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en zona 12.
