The posting

Objetivo del puesto:

Establecer y supervisar los controles necesarios para garantizar que el empaque primario cumpla con las fichas técnicas, requisitos de inocuidad alimentaria y expectativas del cliente, asegurando la conformidad del producto, minimizando riesgos de rechazo y manteniendo los estándares de calidad establecidos.

Funciones principales:

-Dar seguimiento a casos internos de producto no conforme (producto terminado, semiterminado y materias primas), desde la detección hasta el cierre del caso.

-Dar soporte al área de Despachos en la emisión de casos especiales de certificados de análisis, seguimiento a bodegas de Colatinplast FES, reprocesos. Dar soporte al comité de calidad de producción, comercial y colantiplast. Ejecutar actividades operativas relacionadas con la disposición de materias primas FES, producto terminado FES, producto en proceso FES, y devoluciones. Dar soporteen la ejecución de capacitaciones a cargo de Aseguramiento de Calidad.

-Coordinar y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas derivadas de quejas, reclamos y materiales no conformes.

-Planificar y dar seguimiento a turnos y actividades del equipo de analistas de calidad.

-Apoyar en la emisión de certificados de análisis y casos especiales para despacho.

-Gestionar información de reprocesos, devoluciones y disposiciones de materiales no conformes.

-Participar en comités de calidad, producción, comercial y desarrollo.

-Dar seguimiento a reclamos de proveedores en coordinación con el área de compras.

-Apoyar en la ejecución de capacitaciones del área de aseguramiento de calidad.

-Documentar y consolidar información de casos de calidad para reportes y toma de decisiones.

-Apoyar en la evaluación y liberación de productos con desviaciones de calidad según procedimientos internos.

Requisitos:

-Cierre de pensum en Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería Química.

- Conocimiento en Aseguramiento de calidad

-Experiencia mínima de 2 años en aseguramiento de calidad preferiblemente en industria de Empaques flexibles.

- Conocimientos en procesos de termoformado, manejo de máquinas termoformadoras BC999, equipos Multibag y Criobag. Experiencia en películas de extrusión y empaques flexibles, en procesos de fabricación de películas plásticas.

-Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión de calidad e inocuidad.

-Manejo de computadora y herramientas ofimáticas.

-Licencia de conducir vigente.

-Vehículo propio.

-Disponibilidad de horario.
