Importante cliente de People Working Corp, empresa dedicada a la logística de transporte y gestión de mercancías a nivel nacional e internacional, ubicada en managua, busca a un profesional para ocupar el puesto Encargado Cuentas por cobrar con competencias en comunicación, Capacidad analítica, trabajo en equipo, cumplimiento de metas y orientación a resultados.

Objetivo del puesto:

Responsable de gestionar y optimizar el proceso de recuperación de cartera, asegurando la cobranza oportuna de facturas pendientes y contribuyendo a un flujo de caja saludable. Enfocado en la gestión de cobros, garantizando la pronta recuperación de ingresos y la continuidad eficiente de las operaciones.

Principales Funciones del Puesto:

  • Dar Seguimiento a la cartera de cuentas por cobrar.
  • Realizar gestiones de cobro preventivo y correctivo.
  • Emitir facturas, notas de crédito y notas de cobro y Aplicación de cobros.
  • Registrar pagos recibidos (transferencias, cheques), conciliar estados de cuenta de clientes.
  • Elaborar reportes de estados de cartera y morosidad.
  • Analizar la antigüedad de saldos, generar reportes de clientes morosos.
  • Gestionar telefónicamente y por correo u otro medio la recuperación de pagos de clientes dentro del plazo establecido.
  • Mantener buenas relaciones con clientes garantizando el respeto y fidelidad.
  • Seguimiento a los neteos.
  • Participa en cierre contable mensual si es requerido.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, contabilidad o carreras afín.
  • Experiencia de 3 años en puestos similares.
  • Indispensable contar con experiencia en procesos de cobro, aplicación de pagos, así como en la edición y elaboración de estados de cuenta.
  • Se valorará la agilidad en la digitación y la rápida comprensión de términos de cobro tanto a nivel local como internacional.
  • Experiencia en el uso de sistemas informáticos, preferiblemente Softland.
  • Manejo de Excel Intermedio.
  • Dominio de idioma inglés (Nivel intermedio- Avanzado).
