Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y evaluar políticas de procedimientos de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional de acuerdo con las regulaciones locales, aplicando las mejores prácticas para su desarrollo.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo en los puestos de trabajo, identificar y proponer medidas de control adecuadas para cada puesto laboral.
  • Efectuar inspecciones diarias en las instalaciones verificando el que los colaboradores estén utilizando los equipos de protección personal a su vez verificando que estén en buenas condiciones.
  • Elaborar y gestionar matriz de peligros y riesgos de los centros de trabajo.
  • Realizar capacitaciones de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional incluyendo temas como prevención de accidentes, evaluación de riesgos, ergonomía, pausas activas y otros temas que consideren importantes que sean del conocimiento de todo el personal.
  • Realizar las reuniones con la brigada, tanto de coyol como de paso ancho.
  • Investigar y reportar todos los accidentes laborales, lesiones o enfermedades que se puedan presentar, analizando la causa y proponiendo medidas correctivas.
  • Mantener actualizar el Plan de Salud Ocupacional, los Planes de Emergencia y el Plan de Desechos.
  • Gestionar la plataforma del Portal de Centros de Trabajo (PCT) del Consejo de Salud Ocupacional.
  • Ingresar las actividades de Oficina y Comisión de Salud Ocupacional en la herramienta PCT.
  • Generar los informes anuales de Oficina y Comisión de Salud Ocupacional haciendo uso de la herramienta PCT.
  • Realizar planes para promover una cultura organizacional que vele por la seguridad de todo el personal.
  • Mantener un control mediante un registro sobre los accidentes, incidentes y medidas preventivas implementadas, así como cualquier otra documentación necesaria para el ejercicio de la Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional.
  • Brindar el apoyo necesario a las gerencias, jefaturas, supervisores y todos los colaboradores que requieran involucrarse en la Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional.
  • Generar informes necesarios sobre el desempeño y avances que se tengan sobre el desarrollo de la Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional en la empresa.
  • Presentar semanalmente informe de actividades a la Jefatura de Recursos Humanos.
  • Cualquier otra actividad delegada por su jefatura inmediata que no se encuentre estipulada en las anteriores.

Requisitos

  • Tres (03) años de experiencia comprobable en puestos afines.
  • Diplomado en salud ocupacional.
  • Amplia experiencia en el reporte de accidentes del INS, así como investigaciones y medidas preventivas de los mismos.
  • Conocimientos en normativa y legislación de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional en Costa Rica.
  • Manejo en paquetes Office, Excel y sistemas operativos.
  • Indispensable contar con la autorización para firmar y realizar trámites ante la comisión y consejo de Salud ocupacional.
