Objetivo del puesto:

Desarrollar, innovar y homologar soluciones de empaque de acuerdo con las necesidades de los clientes, garantizando el crecimiento de ventas, la rentabilidad del negocio y la correcta ejecución técnica de los proyectos a corto y largo plazo.

Funciones principales:

Evaluar oportunidades de nuevos negocios y analizar la viabilidad técnica de proyectos relacionados con empaques flexibles y películas plásticas.

Desarrollar y homologar productos de empaque de acuerdo con las necesidades y requerimientos técnicos de los clientes.

Coordinar y dar seguimiento a pruebas técnicas, validaciones y desarrollos de producto junto con clientes y áreas internas.

Participar activamente en proyectos de innovación, mejora continua y desarrollo de nuevas soluciones de empaque.

Elaborar agendas de trabajo y seguimiento de proyectos, prospectos y oportunidades comerciales por región.

Gestionar la correcta creación de códigos, especificaciones técnicas e ingreso de pedidos para programación de producción.

Identificar las necesidades técnicas y funcionales que el empaque debe resolver, trasladando la información al comité técnico para el desarrollo de soluciones.

Participar en reuniones técnicas y comerciales relacionadas con nuevos negocios y desarrollos de productos.

Coordinar con las áreas de producción, calidad, comercial y mercadeo para asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos y especificaciones requeridas.

Dar seguimiento a procesos de fabricación de películas plásticas, empaques flexibles y procesos de termoformado.

Presenciar pruebas técnicas con clientes y elaborar informes de resultados y avances de proyectos.

Identificar y participar en ferias, seminarios, exhibiciones y eventos donde la empresa pueda presentar innovaciones y nuevos desarrollos.

Mantener una comunicación efectiva con clientes internos y externos para garantizar la satisfacción y continuidad de los proyectos.

Requisitos:

Cierre de pensum o estudios avanzados en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o Mercadeo.

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares dentro del sector industrial, producción, calidad o empaques flexibles.

Experiencia en ventas industriales y atención técnica a clientes.

Conocimientos en procesos de termoformado, manejo de máquinas termoformadoras BC999, equipos Multibag y Criobag. Experiencia en películas de extrusión y empaques flexibles y conocimiento en procesos de fabricación de películas plásticas.

Dominio avanzado de SAP.

Licencia de conducir vigente.

Vehículo propio indispensable.

Disponibilidad para viajar a Centroamérica y República Dominicana.

Disponibilidad de horario.
