Cliente Importante de People Working Corp, empresa dedicada a la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, ubicada en Managua, busca a un profesional para ocupar el puesto de Jefe de Infraestructura y Mantenimiento con competencias en Planeación, ejecución, excelente comunicación, Capacidad analítica, administración, pro activo y cumplimiento de metas.

Objetivo del puesto:

Coordinar y brindar seguimiento al proceso de ejecución de proyectos de construcción BTS basado en asignaciones anuales, desde el proceso de factibilidad hasta la liquidación del proyecto. Coordinar el proceso de Mantenimientos Preventivos y Correctivos periódicos de los sitios de celda incluyendo el inventario de equipos.

Realizar las reparaciones correspondientes basado en un presupuesto anual. Coordinar el proceso y seguimiento a los accesos a los sitios mediante las herramientas de software correspondiente, así como los cambios de candados de los sitios de celda.

Principales Funciones del Puesto:

  • Asignar, coordinar y administrar la asignación y presentación de resultado de búsqueda para la validación de candidatos proveedor y Operador y así lograr el traslado de estos candidatos a contratación y permisos.
  • Planificar y garantizar la asignación de presupuesto basado en los estándares de inversión establecidos para el país conforme presupuesto autorizado para la ejecución del proceso de construcción de nuevos sitios BTS.
  • Coordinar y garantizar el cumplimiento del proceso de acompañamiento y cierre administrativo de proyectos incluidos en las etapas definidas con los proveedores autorizados con el objetivo de finalizar con la capitalización del nuevo activo.
  • Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución del plan de mantenimiento preventivo asignado para los sitios de la región a cargo, realizando las acciones necesarias hasta la revisión y aceptación de los trabajos para gestionar el pago al proveedor.
  • Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de mantenimiento correctivos (Torres, Obra Civil,etc.).
  • Administrar base de datos del inventario de equipo instalado en estructura para todos los operadores locales, así como en planta.
  • Validar técnicamente y dar seguimiento a la ejecución de los planes de instalación de equipamientos.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura, Telecomunicaciones
  • Experiencia de 5 años como supervisor de proyectos relacionados con las telecomunicaciones y manejo de personal, así como capacitaciones en trabajos en altura, Administrador y coordinador de trabajos de infraestructura pasiva.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal y administración de procesos administrativos.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de sistema Sap, Certificación de programas Autocad, Project o administración de proyectos.
  • Manejo de Excel Intermedio
  • Dominio de idioma inglés (Nivel intermedio)
  • Licencia de Conducir.
  • Pasaporte Vigente.
